As Senior Director of Alluma’s Customer Success team, Renée is responsible for the planning and support for customer implementations, training, and operational support for all Alluma solutions.

Previously, Renée was the Vice President of Customer Engagement at Salsify, managing a team responsible for customer onboarding, training, service delivery and customer success. Renée has also held several senior management positions responsible for Client Services, Operations, Customer Experience, Global Customer Care, Support, and Professional Services at companies offering Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) services to clients in multiple industries, including health care, aerospace, national defense, manufacturing and hospitality.
