In her role as Deputy Chief of Strategy and Impact, Rea works with the Strategy & Impact team to organize and align strategic priorities, help ensure S&I’s work and resources are coordinated effectively, and reinforce Alluma's purpose, beliefs, and vision at the center of S&I’s planning and decision-making.
Over the last 20 years, Rea has worked with national organizations focused on health and equity, most recently as the senior advisor at the Prevention Institute. Rea has served in a range of leadership roles at Families USA, Grantmakers In Health, National Business Group on Health, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
